Documentation – a large component of any working and useable model is ensuring you have digestible and appropriate model documentation. We have supported various clients in relation to the model documentation.

Own Risk Solvency Assessments – we can assist you in developing and drafting your ORSA reports. One of our areas of interest include capital allocation and risk appetite setting.

Solvency II – we are able to provide insight into the working details of the regulatory requirements. Our current experience includes working for large multinational insurance companies seeking to implement Solvency II compliant processes and apply for model approval, as well as smaller Lloyd’s syndicates.

Pricing – our experts have seen, developed and implemented various pricing tools for reinsurance and direct insurance companies. We have significant experience in meeting the various pricing regulatory requirements.

Reserving – the team, having built up experience of performing reserving exercises for many different companies, are able to support reserving projects for the purpose of Solvency II or IFRS balance sheets, across all classes of business.

Business integration – Our directors have previously involved with a number of transformation projects and have experience in managing such projects. More recently, alongside other consultancies, ANN assisted a large Lloyd’s syndicate on a major process transformation project.
